My Account

  • How do I create an account?
  • You can click this link or click Sign In, found in the upper right hand corner of the page. From there you will be prompted to create an account. Thanks for signing up!

  • How do I reset my password?
  • Click here to reset your password. You will receive an email at the email account you used when signing up for YouPrintLabels. Follow the instructions to reset your password. If you do not receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still have not received it, please contact customer service at 1-877-976-8472.

  • How do I change my information?
  • Log into your account and choose Account Settings, or click here. From there you can edit your information, as well as change your password, and edit your mailing address.


  • How do I cancel my order?
  • Please call customer service at 1-877-976-8472 so that we can cancel the order manually for you. Please be informed that we can only cancel orders that have not proceeded to production yet. If your order is not in production, we will process a refund or give you store credit.

  • Can I make changes to my order?
  • Changes to your order can be accommodated before you approve your print job.


    Once we have received your approved proof and your print job has been sent to the press, we cannot make changes to the file, artwork, quantity, product options, etc.


    If you haven’t approved your proof, you can make an order change request by calling 1-877-976-8472. Our Customer Service Team is happy to assist you.


    Note: Do not resubmit your order. This could result in duplicate orders and duplicate charges to your credit card.

  • How do I track my order?
  • Once your order is printed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking code. If you don’t receive an email, the tracking code is also reflected in your account. Just log in and access the information. Should you have any other concerns about your shipment, please call us at 1-877-976-8472.

  • There are problems with my order. What do I do?
  • Contact our customer service team immediately so we can fix it! You can call us at: 1-877-976-8472, or chat with us by clicking here.

  • My promo code didn't work. What now?
  • If your code doesn't work, please do not hesitate to contact us either through live chat or by calling 1-877-976-8472. Our customer service associates will be more than happy to check the code for you, validate it, and apply it manually on your order.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.


  • How much does shipping cost?
  • Shipping costs depend upon your shipping address and how quickly you wish to receive your print products.

  • Which company do you use for shipping?
  • We use FedEx for all of our shipping.


  • What kinds of files do you accept for photos or images?
  • We accept JPG, PNG, and PDFs.
